Acrylic on canvas. This painting proved to be another example of intuitive painting. I had never made a detailed painting of an animal before. Although, it seemed complicated at first, once the paint is on my brush and I start stroking the canvas, the rest is a game of colors and patience.
I find superstitions about black cats silly. The title of this painting is meant to point at the fact that indoor cats are unlucky because they are not free to run or explore under blue skies, though most dream of it with widened eyes.
